Common Practice’s second series of workshops with ASCape saw us design and build chairs with each participant.
Through discussion, sketching, model making and full scale chair making we investigated the charecteristics of
different shapes and forms to developing a chair that suits each participants personality.
We guided many participants through their first time using power tools, the importance
of using reclaimed materials and the stories embedded in our daily objects...
